Ice LARP Axe – Blue

The apocalypse can happen anywhere, even while hiking through snowy mountains. The Ice LARP Axe with a blue handle makes a great improvised weapon. This unique weapon consists of EVA foam surrounding a fiberglass rod core. A Kevlar tip protects the core. Then, latex coats the outside. A ribbed black grip accents the handle. This grip mimics the handles found on real-life ice axes. A black ridge sits on the middle of the haft. Lastly on the haft, a dark, pointed tip extends from the bottom of the handle.

Next, hand painting gives the axe head a realistic, steel look. The head has two sections: the pick side features a serrated bottom edge. On the other side of the head is a section called an adze. This sections flat edge extends perpendicular to the handle. Be prepared for anything that comes your way in a LARP battle or cosplay event. Care Instructions:

• Latex weapons do need to be maintained to a certain degree. We offer a Maintenance Silicone in our LARP Accessories section. We recommend you use the silicone on a regular basis. It has an easy, spray on application. The silicone will keep the coating flexible and increases the lifetime of the weapon. It also prevents the coating from drying out and improves resistance to wear and tear.
