Improve your sword skills and put together a synthetic sparring sword. You can use the White Longsword Blade to create your DIY sword. The blade works with additional synthetic sword parts and the Xtreme Synthetic Sparring Swords, both sold separately.
This white blade is crafted from a special-purpose, high-impact polymer that is designed to provide a strong yet flexible blade that is ideally suited for the rigors of sparring and practice combat. The blade is designed to flex in the last one-third of its length towards the tip. This allows for safer thrusting than with conventional wooden training weapons.
The blade-to-tang connection is reinforced by a high-tensile steel rod that runs along the tangs full length. This construction removes the handle flex typically seen in plastic training swords.
This blade measures approximately 46.5 inches in overall length. The blade takes up 38 inches of that with the rest being tang. The end of the tang features a threaded steel extension for attaching a pommel, sold separately.
This White Longsword Blade can be used to switch out the blades of any of the Xtreme Sparring Swords, allowing one sword to become many, so that you can vary your training routine as often as you wish.
