Forged from 5160 high-carbon steel, the blade is hardened to approximately 54 HRC for a balance of edge retention and resilience. A deep, ridged fuller runs along the blade, creating a distinctive profile designed to deliver powerful cuts while remaining capable of effective thrusts. The functional blade is paired with a riveted tang construction.
The hilt captures the character of late medieval European sword design. Its crossguard has quillons that curve toward the blade and end in rounded, ball-shaped tips.
