Description

If you wish to fight on the battlefield as a fierce Gaelic warrior, have a proper sword in hand like the Lowlander Sword. Made from 1566 high-carbon steel, this functional Gaelic sword takes its historical design from swords wielded by Scottish mercenaries in the 16th century.

To begin with, this sword features a double-edged blade with a polished finish. It has a short fuller near the ricasso. The sword continues with a wide crossguard. It has long quillons that curve at the ends towards the blade. In the middle, the crossguard has a ring on each side. There is a bar with a quatrefoil in the middle of each ring.

Next, the hilt has a wrapped grip. Black leather covers the grip. Strips of leather form a diamond pattern on the grip. The hilt ends with a ball-shaped pommel.

Finally, this sword comes with a wall mount to display and store it. You can take this sword to your next historical reenactment or add it to any weaponry collection.

Please note that this comes disassembled. You will need to unscrew the pommel and remove the grip to slide the crossguard onto the sword. Then, replace the grip and pommel to complete assembly.
