Made from T10 high-carbon steel, this functional samurai sword has a curved blade, typical of Japanese swords. It is great for cutting targets with the thick and heavy blade.
The sword features a brass blade collar before the black circular tsuba. The tsuba depicts Raijin, aka Raiden, the Japanese god of thunder and lightning. Just after the tsuba is a tomoe, or comma, motif. The sword continues with a traditionally wrapped grip. Premium Japanese black cotton wraps around the cream ray-skin grip. The black pommel features a golden tomoe design.
Finally, this sword comes with a black lacquered scabbard. The scabbard features a black cord wrapping, or sageo, at the top. This Japanese wakizashi is ideal for wielding at a sword competition or practice. You can add it to any sword collection. It is great for martial artists.
