Templar Arming Dagger

Alongside a sword, this Templar Arming Dagger would have been a common weapon to find at the hip of any Templar – or any crusader in the Holy Lands, really! Not only was it a steadfast fallback weapon to have, but also a great everyday tool too. This dagger is a recreation of the typical Crusaders dagger, featuring subtle touches that draw its design back to the mysterious and popular order, the Knights Templar. The dagger features a solid steel blade that echoes the look of its larger cousin (our Templar Warrior Sword, item number AH-3288N), down even to the wide fuller in the blade. This dagger, though, features a more rounded tip. The solid brass guard is concave towards the blade, with red enameled crosses at the quillon tips, while the wooden grip is wrapped in brown braided leather. The hilt is then finished off with a matched brass octagonal pommel, set with another rich red enameled cross. Included with the dagger is a wood scabbard that is wrapped in brown and black leather. This Templar Arming Dagger is offered with unsharpened edges (like its bigger cousin), which makes it a safe dagger to hang as a display piece, as well as a safe piece to carry at your side for events like stage productions, fairs, and more.
