You have prepared for the oncoming army. With the St Maurice Vienna Sword, you take on your foes with great skill and courage. Made from C60 high-carbon steel, this functional sword is based on an original coronation sword held in Vienna. It features a double-edged, tempered blade. The blade has a Rockwell hardness of 48-52. A fuller runs down the center of the blade.
The medieval sword continues with a narrow, cruciform crossguard. Inscriptions of Christus Vincit Christus Reinat and Christus Imperat adorn the antiqued brass guard. The hilt has a wooden grip. Brass wire wraps around the grip. Braided detailing adorns the ends of the grip. The hilt ends with a Brazil nut-shaped pommel. The peened, brass pommel has a different inscription. It features an abbreviated form of Psalm 144:1. A peened pommel for a more durable construction.
Finally, this Crusader sword comes with a wooden scabbard. Ochre-colored leather covers the scabbard. It has a pair of brown leather loops for hanging from a belt, not included. This knights sword is ideal for historical reenactments and weaponry collections.
