Rapier Replacement Blade

When you eventually wear out a swords blade, you may wish to just replace the blade instead of the entire sword. Use the Rapier Replacement Blade. This Schlager-style blade consists of 1566 high carbon steel. Schlager-style blades originated in German fencing. This blade replaces the blade for the Practical Swept Hilt Long Rapier (SH1098) or Practical Swept Hilt Rapier (SH1099), both sold separately. It comes in two blade lengths. It has a button tip for safety. The very end of the tang is threaded to fit an Allen nut recessed into a pommel. This design allows for dismantling of the hilt assembly for inspection or to exchange blades if needed. The Rapier Replacement Blade is fully functional, making it great for sparring and similar activities.
