Ateliers Nemesis Athena LARP Construction:

Part of the Athena line from Ateliers Nemesis, this LARP bastard sword is made using a cutting-edge thermoforming process. This fuses the closed cell foam together, resulting in an ultra safe and shred-resistant construction that then surrounds a durable fiberglass core.

Next, the sword tip is reinforced with a high weave polyester similar to Kevlar for safety. This means the LARP sword is both safe and strong enough to parry enemy blows.

A unique weighting system gives this LARP sword a point of balance for natural maneuverability. You will feel just like you are wielding the real thing, simply made safe for LARP. Finally, a latex-free waterproof coating protects the sorcerers LARP weapon, enhancing its durability.

Weapon Details:

Fantasy style prevails in this LARP mage sword. Careful detailing throughout, though, also calls to mind authentic sword construction to keep the style realistic and grounded. Notches on the blade give it the look of an ancient enchanted weapon. It looks perfect in the hands of battle-tested wizards.

The straight, silver blade is given a subtle wash that slightly darkens it. Both sides of the blade taper, forming a hexagon cross section that flares out and then narrows just before the hilt.

Then, that hilt calls to mind arcane forces and forbidden spells. The crossguard arms have a weathered silver color and angle towards the blade. Thorny points and faceting add to its fantasy style. A bright blue faux gem accents the center of the guard, matching the hand-and-a-half handle.

Darkened lines add detail to the blue grip, looking just like wrapped leather. Antique gold colored details mark the outer edges and center of the grip. Finally, the antique silver tone pommel ends in a twist that is capped with another blue faux gem.

The grip length of this LARP bastard sword combined with its weighting gives it a point of balance that make it a delight to handle and very versatile in how you can wield it. Cast spells and strike foes at the same time! Or bring down your full power by wielding it two-handed.
