Part of the Athena Premium line from Ateliers Nemesis, this foam rose sword has a cutting-edge construction for heightened detail, safety, and durability. This foam LARP sword is crafted by hand from skilled artisans. Thermofuming fuses the closed cell foam of the blade together, making this LARP sword safe, tough, and shred-resistant. A fiberglass core in the center makes it a strong and flexible weapon, ensuring it keeps its shape after multiple battles. This LARP sword is coated in a layer of varnish for longevity. A unique weighting system then gives this LARP rose sword a point of balance for natural maneuverability. It’ll feel like you’re wielding a real sword, simply made safe for LARP.

Inspired by the swords of medieval fantasy, this medieval foam sword blends the elegance of roses with the danger of thorns. The double-edged, diamond-shaped blade is reminiscent of medieval European swords. This makes it well-suited for slashes and thrusts in combat. All along the blade are minor chips and cracks, giving it a weathered, battle-damaged finish. This battle damage is intentional, making it look like a survivor of countless duels and battles. This durable foam blade then surrounds a strong fiberglass core which is in turn reinforced with a high weave polyester similar to Kevlar for heightened safety.

Down the length, the hilt has been crafted with a bronzed finish for an antique charm. This foam weapon is designed as a long one-handed sword. The short, tapering crossguard angles toward the blade slightly. For the handle, there are multiple colors to choose from. The wooden handle is wrapped in leather, and the color choices are for this leather-bound grip. These color options are Blue, Red, Green, and Purple. You can choose the color that matches your style. The focal point of the design is the pommel. This pommel is carved to resemble a rose. As an added layer of detail, the color of the rose petals match the color you choose! The realistic petals on the rose add refined detail to the design. A latex-free waterproof coating covers this safe foam weapon.

Care Instructions:

• Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soapy water, then allow to dry. Use a silicone-based coating, like our 100 ml LARP Protection Gel Silicone (MCI-3722) to prevent premature wear. Do not store underneath heavy objects. Avoid excessive heat, cold, or prolonged exposure to the sun.
