Miyamoto Musashi was a 15th century Samurai, an expert of Japanese swordsmanship, painter, and the author of The Book of Five Rings. This Musashi Wakizashi has many nice features, including a black iron Tsuba of his design. The fullered blade is made from 7mm carbon steel. The Tsuka (handle) is real ray skin wrapped with black cord. The black lacquered wooden Saya (scabbard) has a speckled finish. A sword bag and cleaning kit are included to keep this collectible Wakizashi in pristine condition. The matching Ten Ryu Musashi Katana (MC-TR-004) is also available for a truly elegant Daisho.
