Forged as one piece from 1065 carbon steel, this Viking sword is excellent for swordsmen and lovers of Viking weapons. Carbon steel is renowned for its strength and durability. The sharpened double-edged blade has a broad fuller and a distal taper. That means the blade is slightly wider at the forte and tapers into a narrower foible.

The short, curved crossguard has a medial ridge. Intended for one handed use like an arming sword, this Viking sword has a brown leather-wrapped handle. Your one-handed grip will be secure thanks to three embossed rings in the leather. Moving down to the bottom, the mushroom-head pommel also has a medial ridge and twisted brass wire wrapping.

This Viking broadsword comes with a brown leather-wrapped scabbard. The throat is stitched with black leather for added detail and securing the guard when sheathed. The scabbard’s body has black leather bands with steel suspension rings. The steel chape at the bottom ensures the tip doesn’t poke through. You can wear the scabbard across your back thanks to black leather straps. These straps have lobster clasps that hook around the steel suspension rings. This buckled black strap can also be adjusted for the perfect fit.
