Ice LARP Axe – White

While medieval axes have become less common, you are more likely to find an ice axe, like the Ice LARP Axe with a white handle, if you need a weapon. Made from soft EVA foam, this unique weapon has a fiberglass rod core with a Kevlar core tip, in addition to a latex coating. This weapon has a ribbed black grip on its white handle. This grip mimics the handles found on real-life ice axes.

In addition, there are black marks on the handle to give it a worn and rugged appearance. In the middle of the handle, there is a black ridge. At the bottom of the handle, there is a black pointed tip. Next, the top of the axe has a steel-tone head. The head has two sections, one is a pick with a serrated bottom edge. On the other side of the head is a section called an adze. This section has a flat edge perpendicular to the handle. This foam weapon works wonderfully for roleplaying events, cosplay, and prop use.

Care Instructions:

• Latex weapons do need to be maintained to a certain degree. We offer a LARP Protection Gel Silicone (MCI-3722) that can be purchased separately in the LARP Maintenance & DIY section. We recommend you use the Silicone on a regular basis. The silicone will keep the coating flexible and make the weapons last much longer. The maintenance silicone protects the coating from drying out, and helps the weapon resist wear and tear.
