The Bamboo Katana takes its inspiration from the time when carrying a samurai sword was banned and the warrior carried a concealed sword. Made from 1065 high-carbon steel, this functional katana features a curved blade, typical of Japanese swords. Clay-tempered, this blade features a visible temper-line, or hamon.
The sword has a brass blade collar before the hilt. The bright yellow hilt is wooden. It has a ladybug-button release that releases the sword from the included scabbard. Together, the scabbard and handle look like a yellow stick of bamboo. Take this Japanese katana with you to the battlefield or add it to a sword collection.
